This is a farmhouse with large bay windows, very peaceful, not overlooked by any neighbour, with view of the mountains, at 2 km from the centre of Céret, vast landscaped park bordered by an irrigation canal, with a 300 sq. m deck and a 12m x 5m pool. It is close to Spain, the beaches, lake, the Oriental Pyrenees attraction, and 30 minutes from the Perpignan airport. It is perfect for a group of friends or large families.
