On a visit to Sicily's Nebrodi Park, not knowing a lot about the place. We went around Nebrodi Park and decided to stop and a place and wonder around. After a lot of hiking we found something that we like but it wasn't anything special. When I was going to give up, the weather changed and this calf came to the edge of the mountain and I knew that this was the moment and how I was going to do it.

This is beautiful property and area. Non-touristic, refreshingly. And luxurious at the same time. Dinners are simple, and elegant. Kitchen and dining staff are lovely.
