"Spent two nights and if I’m ever back in Cesenatico I would definitely stay there again. The room was clean, modern, and good water pressure for the shower. It’s right next to the train station which was very convenient and an easy walk to the centre of the town and the beach. Franco was very friendly and helpful."

"I live in the town of Cervia and needed a place to put my bosses for a work trip in the area. This place was perfect. The decor and vibe was very cool with a completely renovated old home. "This was an absolutely wonderful stay. The room was spotless and the decor and kitchen supplies were stylish and perfect; exactly what is needed. The balconies were an added bonus with outdoor seating as well. The location was perfect an easy walk to everything, especially the beach, but access to a free bicycle was also available. The artwork in the lobby is striking and the the owner shared a wonderful story behind the pieces. She is a wonderful and kind person who instantly make you feel welcome and home. The staff are friendly and helpful and seem to truly enjoy the Residence Sunrise, I know I did and plan to return to this lovely property in a wonderful community and neighborhood. "
