Got an upgrade from the hotel to stay in Hotel Grand. Buffet breakfast is nice and delicious. Staff are great and gave us a ride to the bus station. Excellent service.

Wonderful staff at both the pension and at the Grand Hotel where you check in/out. The staff helped us cope with an acute medical issue in a most generous and professional manner. We are very grateful.

Great location

Room is basic, with no power plug near bed side table which is a bit inconvenient but the bathroom is spacious and with floor heat which is comfy.

A wonderful stay with incredible hosts!

From before we arrived, they were so accomodating. They let us into the room to store our bags. The room was beautiful. It was very clean and everyone was friendly! Breakfast the next morning was out of this world! The staff totally went above and beyond! When it was time to check out, they held on to our bags until our nighttime bus departed. I highly reccomend staying here!

Dated house with somewhat dated rooms. Friendly staff (from nearby Grand Hotel). At the heart of the old quarter; walking distance to all tourist attractions. Nice ‘homey’ breakfast.

The reception lady is very nice and helpful. I lost my passport and she helped me to get it back. The location of the hotel is perfect, staffs are very nice. Breakfast is good. I will stay in this hotel again next time.

Super clean and feels like newly renovated. Though the lady who check us in couldn’t speak English, but her action is very helpful and I know she is very friendly. She tried her best to explain to us by pointing here and there. It really shows she is a good person.

Had a bit of inconvenience getting into our room as the hotel was locked when we arrived and there was no one around. There is a sister hotel nearby to check into but instructions could be clearer on how to go about this. Otherwise, the room was very nice, appeared recently renovated, was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good and the staff/ housekeeper at hotel was delightfully friendly even though we couldn't converse due to language. Short walk to all the sights in old town, overall we had an excellent stay!

Very well located. I would definitely would like to have air conditioning. Even though the temperature wasn't extremely hot the room felt very stuffy. I used the fan but it wasn't good enough. Also There is no easy access to plugs to connect chargers or even the fan . If you want to connect the coffee maker you need to disconnect the tv as there were no other plugs close by. . The rooms are quite nice and breakfast was excellent too. . I had an issue with my reservation. When I got to the address shown oin Expedia it was only a pension and not the hotel that I thought I had booked. It would be great if we can have details on how to find the channels available in the tv. Overall I enjoy the hotel but looking some of those details would make you 5 star hotel

Awful stay- thank god only 1 night!

The most frustrating experience ever! We booked at the penzion, which is owned by Grand Hotel. We showed up at the pension location but nobody was there to check us in or help. Tried calling the number but was not in service. Realized the office is in main square, trekked there after a long hot trip from Prague & was told we should have received an email with check in details. The concierge did not offer any apologies for the hotel not communicating this information to me PRIOR TO check in, but acted like I should be grateful I got a room upgrade in the newly renovated building. The cleaners were still cleaning & the hall looked like it was still under renovation with drop cloths on floor. No hook for shower head so you had to hold it the whole time you “showered” so more like a mandatory bath & water sprayed everywhere. No fridge or safe or elevator- all amenities that are nice to have in the modern world. Wifi was slow. We didn’t get room upgrade/check in information email until the day AFTER we checked out?! We Were told the hotel shuttle could drop us at bus station the next morning after checkout to catch our bus to our next stop, there was a different person manning reception desk who DID NOT speak English & was no help whatsoever so we ended up walking to bus station, stressing the whole time that we would miss our bus.

Trotz Vorheriger, 4-stündiger Buchung, und Bestätigung durch Expedia war das Hotel überbucht… die absagen kam erst vor Ort. Keine Unterstützung dann am Samstag Abend noch eine andere Übernachtung zu finden, geht gar nicht, nur immer „sorry sorry „. Das beste ist aber das Geld wurde sofort abgezogen…ich kann mich jetzt streiten und muss den ganzen hinterherlaufen…Saftladen! Nie wieder!

Bra läge i Cesky Krumlovy. Receptionen är inte bemannad utan man ringer så kommer de dit från sitt andra hotell. Frukosten var bra med värdinna som lagade scrambled eggs.
