We had an amazing weekend whit Armel Alacati❤️. All staff it was helpfully,smiling and very kind ..Room it was very clean and comfortable 10/10 likely 5 Stars .. Food and drinks always great and looks delicious. Free traditional Turkish breakfast really enough and delicious🙏Highly recommended..

Everything was great. the service was very good. people are friendly and very good turkish breakfast. Location is amazing and walking distance to the center. Just be aware though, the Eco-rooms are in the basement without any windows. just careful when choosing those.

Birisinin verdiği fiyat kasaya gittiğimde iki katı olabiliyordu. Fiyat performans olarak beklentinin çok altında. Odalar çok dar, klimanın sesi uykunuzu bölebilir

Otel keyifli vakit geçirmek için uygun. Özellikle dış alanı çok ferah ve keyifli. Havuzu temiz, 2 günde bir temizleniyor. Fakat odalar için aynı durum söz konusu değil. İlk girdiğimizde iyi seviyede temiz sayılırdı. Toplamda 5 gece konakladık ve odamız hiç temizlenmedi. 3. günümüzde reception'dan temizlik rica ettik fakat bu talebimiz de yerine getirilmedi. Bu bizim için olumsuz bir deneyimdi. Kahvaltıları yeterli ve doyurucu. -1'inci katta yer alan odaları önermiyorum, oda hiç havadar değil. Bu oda bizim tercihimizdi otelin bir suçu yok tabii ki burda ama dikkatli olunmasını öneririm.

Yetersiz hizmet

Otel sadece görsel güzellikten ibaret, hizmet açısından sınıfta kalır. Personel yetersiz ve ilgisizdi. Odanın temizliği zamanında bitmediği için otelin giriş saatinden 20 dk kadar geç giriş yapabildik. Dışarıdan yiyecek ve içecek getirilmesi yasak fakat içerde verdiğiniz siparişler de size gelmiyor. Bunun dışında otel kalabalıktı, havuz ve şezlonglar buna göre yetersizdi, ayrıca çok gürültülüydü. Özetle verdiğiniz paraya değmez, asla tekrar konaklamak isteyebileceğimiz bir yer değil.

Kötü bir deneyim

Genel olarak otelin temizliğinden memnun kalmadık. Banyodaki giderin tıkalı olmasından kaynaklı su taştı ve oda içine kadar geldi. Yataklar çok rahat değildi. Çarşaf değişimi istedik, bize çarşaf verildi ve bu değişimi kendimiz yapmak zorunda kaldık. Genel anlamda konaklamadan keyif almadık maalesef.
