The hotel host Valentina and the staff made us feel very welcome. The property is beautiful, beds are comfy, close walk to the village with many choices for food and shops. We thoroughly recommend and will return when next in Alacata.

The room we stayed in had very bad ventilation. There was only a small window in the corner and like a water tank in front of the window, blocking the air intake through the window. Since the room was in the corner, no light could enter. We told the lady at the reception that the room was stuffy and unlit, but she said she could help at first, then she said she couldn't change the room. My friend had a problem with not being able to stay in such a closed and stuffy room and I mentioned this. I wish they had mentioned that the room didn't get enough light and that the ventilation wasn't sufficient when choosing the room. The design and concept of the hotel was nice, but the room we stayed in for two nights was a complete disaster because we had to lock the door while sleeping at night and we couldn't breathe in the room because we closed the door. The room we stayed in was a dark and stuffy room that is never suitable for renting. Other than that, the staff was helpful and friendly.
