Welcome to Maisons Vaudésir, nestled amidst the famous vineyards of Chablis - just 2 hours away from Paris.

Our 5-star furnished house has everything you need for a short or long term stay, ideal in all seasons.

Spread over 2 floors, the house has 1 bedroom, living room with high quality sofa bed, 2 full bathrooms, and furnished outdoor patio.

We welcome up to 4 guests to explore our beautiful French countryside. All shops, restaurants, cellars and estates are within walking distance.

The space

**Living Room**

Our bright and spacious living room with AC can entertain your whole group with a 50" Samsung Smart TV with Netflix (account included), a large library of books and a variety of board games, a comfy couch that transforms into an additional sleeping area with a high-quality queen-sized mattress (Kipli, 160cm x 200cm), a record player with records and Bluetooth speaker, as well as Fiber Internet/WiFi.

**Air Conditioning**

The house has two air-conditioning units, providing a cool retreat from the summer heat.

**Kitchen/Dining Room**

The kitchen is a cook's dream, fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances including an electric range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Moccamaster coffee machine, artisanal coffee and tea, sparkling water maker, and a variety of cookware, dishware, and a small convenience pantry.
Whether you are preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, our kitchen has everything you need.

A range of sustainable cleaning products are provided.

**Laundry**

For your convenience, we offer a mid-size washing machine and dryer, as well as ecological laundry detergent. We also have ironing equipment, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

**Bedroom (upstairs)**

A spacious bedroom offers a Kipli king-sized bed (180cm x 200 cm), premium bedding, blackout shades, dresser, and convenient clothes rack.

**Bathrooms (one on each floor)**

Our two bathrooms have glass-enclosed waterfall showers, towel heaters, premium cotton towels and bathrobes, and chemical-free, vegan body care products.

**Lounge**

At the top floor, you can unwind on a lounge/bed or floating chair, practice yoga with 4 included yoga mats and free weights, or stay connected with a dedicated workstation: desk, printer, and chair.

This space also has an air conditioning unit.

**Outdoors**

Take advantage of our furnished patio that includes a table with 4 chairs, plancha with table, lounge chair, and patio umbrella.

Maisons Vaudésir also offers guests a Nordic-style hot tub for 2 - the only one in Chablis! The hot tub is located just outside the house on the patio.

Guest access

You will have access to the entire house.
Only the cellar/cave remains a private space and will not be accessible.

The house is easily accessible with a key-less smart lock provided for your convenience, allowing for autonomous check-in and peace of mind during your stay.

There are 6 steps up before reaching the front door. Please note that the house is not adapted for guests with reduced mobility.

Other things to note

A folding bed, a high chair and an additional bathtub for infants can be made available on request when booking.
If needed, please let us know if you require a safety barrier at the bottom of the stairs.
**Linens for the folding bed are not provided.**
