On the ground floor you have an entrance, WC, then a space dedicated to the equipped kitchen and dining room; a comfortable living room with TV, music and pellet stove opening onto the sunset terrace. Upstairs, a large bedroom, office area; the bathroom with large Italian shower is open to the bedroom. Wi-Fi access. The cottage is designed to accommodate 2 people (a 160 bed), however there is a comfortable extra bed for a 3rd person, child. For babies a folding bed, a high chair can be provided. Restored in 2011 in the traditional stone and lime style, it boasts a lovely enclosed 400 m² plot with a beautiful view of the Jarez Mountains, a landscaped flower garden, three terraces, and a secure parking space. On-site, you'll discover the local heritage; it will also be a starting point for exploring the rich and diverse region, including the Pilat Regional Natural Park, the Loire Gorges, and the proximity of the Rhône Valley, the Grands Crus, and Lyon.
