Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt

Von außen sieht das Hotel nicht so toll aus, aber innen ist es wirklich schön. Rezeption Restaurant, Bar und die Zimmer sind ganz modern und renoviert. Verschiedenen Saunen und Hallenbad. Der Ruhebereich ist ganz in Ordnung. Das Highlight ist wirklich der Pool auf dem Dach. Von 7:00 bis 22:00 Uhr und herrlich warm mit Blick bis zum Arber. Das Frühstück auch sehr abwechslungsreich. Wir waren nur einen Tag, aber wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das Frühstücks-Buffet hat deutlich Luft nach oben. Die "Dauerwurst" ist angesichts des sonstigen positiven Eindrucks des Hotels nicht angemessen.

Die guten Zeiten sind vorbei.

Leider hatte ich schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht: Leider keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Bei warmen Temperaturen draußen (es waren 28 Grad) ist es im Zimmer sehr stickig. Habe versucht, mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Aber gefühlt alle 15 Minuten bimmelt die Glocke von der nahegelegenen Kirche (auch nachts). Um 6 Uhr morgens gibt's dann ein richtiges Bimmelkonzert. Mit dem Föhn bin ich auch nicht klargekommen. Ich war der Meinung, dass er kaputt war. Die nette Dame an der Rezeption meinte aber, dass ich ihn falsch bedient hätte. Dann bitte eine Bedienungsanleitung dazugeben. Die Internet-Geschwindigkeit ist mangelhaft (für mich als Geschäftsreisender ein 'no go'). Außerdem war ein ekelhafter Käfer in meinem Bett. Von dem Gekrabbel bin ich nachts wach geworden. Positiv fand ich das Frühstücksbuffet. Auch der Frühstücksraum war sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Insgesamt glaube ich, dass das Hotel die besten Jahre hinter sich hat.

Alles super vom CheckIn bis zur Abreise. Kostenlose Tiefgarage. Super Pool auf dem Dach, Tasche mit Mantel und Handtücher gab es im Zimmer. Frühstück war Ok, nichts besonderes aber es gab frische Eierspeisen.

Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Sportangebot ist super. Neben einem kleinen Fitnesstudio stehen zwei Pool und auch eine angemessen Saunalandschaft zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück ist regional und hochwertig.
