"My shower ceiling was leaking water on me and the bathroom had a strong mold odor the bathroom fan wasn’t working and the property manager said I can’t be refunded because it was booked through Expedia . Expedia cannot get in touch with the hotel so there wasn’t a resolution only 10$ back for parking"
"Check in was easy. Staff is friendly. Rooms are a little old with some spiders in the hallways and ants in the room on the floor, but it wasn’t terrible so I didn’t complain. Rooms didn’t smell and sheets are clean."
"This is a good hotel and the staff is nice. Amera helped us multiple times during our stay. The rooms are clean but I just didn’t like the beds or pillows they were too soft and didn’t provide us much relief while resting from the convention in town. Also the Bluetooth mirror is a pain. Getting up in the middle of night to use the restroom and hearing a loud “beep beep” trying to connect to Bluetooth is annoying as heck especially with a light sleeping partner."
"The bed was the only exciting part. I chose this hotel because i had an early flight and the hotel offered free shuttle rides to the airport. I called the hotel to see what airlines they drop off at, unfortunately i was unable to reach a live person. The hotel shuttle only drops off on the south airlines.
