"Unfortunately the property is a it run down and very remote. The online description and pictures give a false impression, it is very basic and more a farmhouse than chateau. No restaurant on site so the nearest restaurant was over a half hours drive away down very narrow country lanes. The owner was very friendly but we got a shock when he tried to let another couple into our room at 23:30 forgetting that we were already in there and asleep! Overall we would not recommend staying here."

"Great welcome by Valerie…… very comfortable, clean and superb bed… excellent nights sleep, bathroom amazing . Very yummy breakfast. Would recommend and will stay there again. Great location just off the A75 south of Clermont Ferrand. Easy to find and secure parking. "

"The view of the mountains was great from our room, but there was nothing not to like. Rooms were really clean. The receptionist was amazing, it was a busy weekend when we stayed with a race on in Mont Dore (which we hadn’t realised) and she rang three restaurants to get us a reservation. She was amazing! Breakfast was great too. Fabulous, thank you. "
