Very nice Hotel located in a quiet suburban location near Tours -within a short distance to many points of interests in the area. Lovely garden; great breakfast . Friendly staff. Good value. Highly recommend.

Excellent établissement

J’ai passé un excellent moment dans cet établissement, et je tiens particulièrement à souligner la qualité exceptionnelle du service au restaurant. Les deux serveurs en salle ont été rapides, efficaces, discrets et d’un professionnalisme remarquable. Leur sens de l’organisation et leur attention aux moindres détails ont vraiment fait la différence. C’est rare de voir un service aussi fluide et maîtrisé ! L’accueil à la réception a été tout aussi irréprochable. Que ce soit le soir à mon arrivée ou le matin au moment du départ, chaque personne rencontrée a fait preuve d’un accueil chaleureux, professionnel et attentif. On sent une vraie culture du service et un plaisir à bien recevoir les clients. Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe – je reviendrai avec plaisir et je recommanderai l’endroit autour de moi !

Bonne première expérience pour une nuit en famille avec notre fille de 4 ans, elle a était plus que ravie. Hôtel vraiment très jolie, calme et confortable. Nous avons très bien dormi et pourtant nous étions juste à côté de la porte d'entrée.

Bonjour, Pour commençer la dame de l'acceuil prenait son repas avec ses collégues le soir, lors de sa venue à l'accueil elle en avait encore plein la bouche, cela à demandé un petit instant avant d'échanger entre nous. J'avais l'impression d'étre dans un refuge pour chiens, ils y en avait de partout. Le sol des couloirs sont avec de la moquette, alors l'ygienne avec les animaux et c'est l'été. Je plein ceux qui sont allergique aux animaux. Une fois dans la chambre nous entendions un chien qui pleuré dans la chambre voisine, j'ai rendu compte à l'accueil pour faire le nécessaire. Le drap de dessous dans le lit est juste posé sur le matelas, dommage nous sommes obligés de faire aussi notre lit. Nous sommes trés déçu de votre hotel. Nous avons des amis qui habite à 2 km, je pensais revenir souvent les voirs et loger chez vous. Désolé pour vous, c'est une critique pour votre amélioration. Cdlt

A good bed while passing through Tours

This hotel looks questionable and generic from the outside--it even lacks a sign with its proper name. However, the interior was nicer (though room was small, and the hall and room had a strong chemical odor of cleaning solution). The bed was comfortable, and it had air conditioning. The restaurant food was very good but the service was very slow at dinner. The nicest part was a patio and lovely large garden on the back side of the lobby. The hotel was also pet friendly (with a dog fee).

El hotel esta bien. Desayuno bastante flojo pero bien. Teniamos una luz de baño que no funcionaba cuando entramos en l habitacion, no se veia muy bien sin ella, y dijeron que nos la arreglarian pero nos hemos ido y no lo han arreglado. Camas comodas
