"Wonderful hotel, attentive staff, great location, very good value for a 4/6 bed suite, ideal for a family, spa facilities were excellent, indoor and outdoor pool, less than a ten minutes walk to a fantastic beach, Biarritz only 15 minutes drive away, also local buses just outside of the hotel. Local shops a short walk away. It is located on a golf course, we do not golf but the bonus was that it is set in beautiful grounds."

"Great place to stay. Petite Bayonne neighborhood has LOTS to offer within walking distance! Great shops all along the streets that aren't just t-shirts and magnets. Cafe after cafe with many food and drink options. Museum right across the street. Parking lot a few blocks away that is not expensive. Rooms nice and a quiet area! Wnjoyed our stay!"

"It's a beautiful property, perfectly maintained. Staff is great, helpful and friendly, food at breakfast is great and the views are unbelievable. Most definitely would recommend to anyone traveling to Biarritz, it is definitely worth it."

"The property is nice, the rooms are very clean. I love that there’s a lot of trees in the property and around. It is a little bit far from everything but there are markets nearby and the bus is really easy to take. My only complaint is that when we arrive, the man at the reception told us that we had not paid, he charged us for our stay, we could not get the receipt from Expedia because we had no Internet, and he would not give us Wi-Fi until we paid. After connecting to Wi-Fi I could get the receipt, but since it was late at night when we arrived and we were tired, we had to do it until the next morning and they did give us a refund But since it takes 3 to 5 business days, we are still waiting for our refund. That was a big inconvenience for us and it wasn’t pleasant to get into an argument with the staff."
