"Breakfast goes until 10:00 a.m. At 9:00 a.m., the only food left was bread. The fitness center does not have any equipment that actually works. Things were broken in the room. Not worth staying here."

The breakfast and lunch kitchen teams were exceptionally kind and attentive, and the reception staff were equally welcoming and professional. I also needed to work during my stay, and the internet connection was excellent — fast, stable, and very reliable, which made a real difference. Food was also diverse and very good. I have stayed in many Novotel properties, particularly across Europe, and this one truly stands out as the best experience I’ve had so far. Massively dated hotel with fridges not working, furishings falling apart, no amenities, and a room and bathroom full of mosquitoes. Luck it was one night. Just don’t. "
