"Very hard to find fault. Room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Dining options were great. Spa facilities were wonderful, and at the times we were using them (pool, sauna etc) quiet. Obviously not cheap, but a very good destination hotel with wonderful views over the Champagne countryside."

We had breakfast 2 of the days, and the offering was fantastic. Lots to choose from. My favourite part was the drinks station under the stairs. Endless sparkling water was a dream!
