Despite subzero temperatures, the tiny house was as cozy as could be, along with plush blankets to watch tv. Having the loft space provided a nice separation between the living and sleeping spaces. Finally, the location was perfect - so simple to walk to Winooski and also to walk, drive, or take the bus to downtown Burlington. Eva compiled a wonderful guidebook that explains the history of the property, along with the meaning of the artwork and photos inside the house. It is a must read for every guest! "
