We thoroughly enjoyed walking to local restaurants, the beach out the front is gorgeous and just a quick grab/taxi to everything else. The hotel also offers tours at very reasonable prices. "My experience at the Four Points by Sheraton was diminished mainly due to the ongoing works going on in the hotel. Main swimming pool area which is heavily advertised on their website was closed and boarded up, the main entrance to the hotels was closed and side entrance had to be used, the hotel was being painted which means painters were absailing down the building. Blacony was taped up with dust and paint splatters. Breakfast was ok, nothing amazing. Staff were great as expected. Hotel room was on a high floor so amazing views of beach and ocean. Location is more on the quieter end of the strip, 10 min taxi ride is required to get to beach clubs or more towards han river otherwise is minimum 40 min walk. Finally, the worst experience of all were the lifts. Extremely slow and inconvenient. "

"We stayed at Sanouva for two weeks and really enjoyed our time there. It is located in the central part of the city within close proximity to restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and the quayside — perfect for an evening walk. Even though built a few years back, the hotel room, amenities and public spaces are clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully decorated - together it added to a pleasant vibe. Breakfast buffet offered a diversity of options - might not be the as wide of selection compared to bigger hotels, but it was enough for me to enjoy and not get bored during my two week stay. The only thing I need to comment on is that the wifi connection was lagging in my room, so if you need to work, this is smth you’ll need to double check or have a backup plan for. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Sanouva. We wanted to thank Sanouva staff for always being so helpful and friendly - definitely one of the memorable moments about this hotel for us!"

"The hotel is aesthetically pleasing with a nice pool. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. We stayed in the family room with the bunk bed which the kids loved. To improve the room, I would suggest to add more hooks or rails to hang towels. Also a clothes line in the bathroom to hang wet bathers would be an improvement. "
