Being a Le Corbusier new town venue, circa 1950, it reads at first like the strip development it was designed to be, but once inside it’s a pretty sophisticated hotel. Great staff. Less pricey than the Marriott down the street and quite comfortable. It’s a favorite with locals, families and anniversary celebrants. The food is very good, the bar is open and they do great things for those who would love a cocktail. I was very happy here.

Won’t suggest the hotel. I had 2 rooms booked for family, 1 had cockroach. Towels were very dirty and didn’t have pressure in shower at all. Only good thing - 1 staff who helped us with bags and waited with us was very nice and extremely helpful

Quiet hotel in Chandigarh for business trip

I stayed here for a brief overnight trip. The hotel is compact and eco-friendly. The check-in staff was a bit stoic - no smiles at all. The rooms are nice but the bedding has to be freshened up a bit more. Same thing with the breakfast buffet - could be a bit more well-lit and fresh-looking. Generally the environment was not very uplifting - but the place was peaceful. The lighting controls in the room should also be explained to the guest by a member of the room staff.

I went there to celebrate my anniversary and it was very experience with the property. When I check-in I found there were few amenities were missing as mentioned in the booking details but it was clarified by the staff that some of the service or things mentioned in the booking details as amenities are, on demand available. Food was awesome and staff was very courteous and helpful. Location is good and most of the tourist attraction(except zoo) are within 5-10 km radius. I was looking for front side room but there was no availability. Will visit this place again.

Comfortable, but restaurant needs attention

Our room was spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable and it had a great shower. The inclusive breakfast offered a wide variety of options and we also ate a tasty lunch and dinner at the restaurant. The reception, porters and house cleaning staff were welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately the same can’t be said for the bar and waiting staff who barely smiled, hardly spoke, somewhat spoiling the dining experience.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel

An excellent Boutique Hotel, near the JW Mariott. Quite close to the Markets and a decent locality. Spacious and good rooms, well worth the money paid. Didn't eat the food in the hotel though, but the restaurants are clean and hygiene is well taken care of.

Great service and excellent rooms

We’re still actually staying at this hotel. As we liked our original stay and we needed to stay longer in Chandigarh we extended our stay here. We booked superior delux rooms and they come here two styles which get randomly assigned upon check in. We have a spa type bath which our lit toddler adores to play in. The other type of superior rooms comes with a normal bath and shower. Both are equally spacious. I was really Impressed with how clean the room me were when we got here. We stayed in five start hotels in Delhi and this is much better. From the outside It’s hard to know what to expect from this hotel. The entrance from the outside is simply a sign amongst many these shop signs. But Once you come in the reception area is well decoarated and staff are welcoming. You can also see the restaurant which is equally pretty. The same stays true for the rest of the hotel. The bed is really comfy too. My only slight complain is that our fridge keeps not Working. Service again is great as they sent someone to fix it prOmptly every time we asked. And although it keeps breaking its something I can easily overlook as everything else Is so great. Room service and restaurant food is great too and they also have a lIttle bakery inhabitants use which serve amazing cakes! When we needed to extend our stay we went around looking at some other hotels as we wanted something with a pool and we couldn’t find anything to top this hotel.

A pleasant neighbourhood, many restaurant choices and good food (big servings) for room service. Our teenage kids enjoyed the break on a week long road trip - very clean, excellent service.
