"It was adequate for a night stay. Super small accommodations but this hotel is meant to be for transients, not extended stays. Very small rooms but fine for one night. It is located at the Jewel in Changi so there are plenty of shops but it is about a 15-20 minute walk to Terminal 2."

"We were unable to access the hotel after a 17 hour flight and were told we could only go there if we were flying out of Singapore. We tried to cancel and get a refund of prepaid money but they refused. Very upset and misleading. The booking should have said for outbound flighs only. "

"After a long flight, this hotel was peaceful, perfectly located within the airport terminal and as a bonus, the breakfast was superb! Every staff member we spoke to was friendly and helpful. It’s more expensive than our usual budget but worth every dollar."

"I stayed here for a short layover. Overall, the stay was decent. Positives: The room was quite spacious and the basic amenities were fine. The property is a bit dated, but reasonably well maintained. Cleanliness was decent, but there’s definitely room for improvement. Things to be aware of: The biggest issue is the location. It is often advertised as being 3–5 km from Changi Airport, but it’s actually around 15–16 km away. Travel time can be 40–45 minutes during the day, so don’t rely on it being “close” to the airport. The hotel is also not centrally located. There are a few local food options nearby, but not much if you’re looking to explore Singapore or enjoy a wider variety of restaurants. This is more about the area than the hotel itself. Getting a Grab during off hours can also take some time, so plan accordingly. I didn’t try the breakfast, so can’t comment on that. Overall: Good for a quiet stay, but not ideal if you want quick airport access or a central location."

"We chose this hotel as it is close to Changi airport as we had a late arriving flight and then a departure 12 hours later. It took 10 minutes by taxi to get to it at 2am. The room was clean and large with a small kitchen we were upgraded to a deluxe room from superior. The bathroom had a lot of mould in it and could do with a deep clean. Check in at 2am after a long flight could have been quicker. The hotel is ideally located next to a shopping centre so we grabbed something to eat there in the morning. I recommend this hotel for a reasonably priced stay in a comfortable hotel next to Changi and would definitely stay again if transiting."

"Overall, we had a nice stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, with plenty of eateries and conveniences nearby, which made getting around and finding food very easy. The breakfast was also a highlight — there was a wide variety of options and everything was generally fresh and well-prepared. However, our experience at reception was disappointing. The staff member named Mariz was quite rude, unhelpful, and unfriendly during check-in. First impressions matter a lot, and this interaction did not reflect well on the hotel. Management may want to review staffing at the front desk, as this is the first point of contact for guests. Additionally, the omelet station at breakfast could be improved. The staff member there seemed inexperienced, as we were served an undercooked, runny omelet that was not prepared according to our request, which was disappointing. Overall, it’s a good hotel with a great location and solid breakfast, but improvements in service — especially at reception and the omelet station — would make a big difference. "
