Villa Chloe is an exceptional villa located on the sea, and within easy walking distance to the lovely sandy beach of Loutraki renowned for its crystal clear waters.Chloe stands in absolutely beautiful terraced gardens leading right down to the waters’ edge where there is a gate and steps giving access to the sea for swimming and fishing.
The villa is predominately modern in style with large glass doors, in all bedrooms and living areas to allow the breathtaking seaviews that extend to Marathi and the Drapanos peninsula. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom whereas a spa and fitness large room is located in the villa’s lower floor.
A large stone built, shaded barbecue area , extremely well equipped with stone table seating 12 , traditional wood burning oven, grill, fridge, sink, gass cooker, stereo CD player, crockery and cutlery area is in the grounds just below the villa (right above the sea).

Driving from CHANIA AIRPORT to DAPHE & CHLOE Villas (LOUTRAKI, AKROTIRI, CHANIA)
Exit the airport and follow the signs to Chania (turn right at the gates of the airport area, keep straight
For about 500 mtrs, then turn left). Stay on this road for about 1km, until you will see a round-about.
Slow down, and enter the round-about, turn left and follw signs to Sternes and Marathi.
Keep straight, the first village you will meet is Sternes. Once in the village, look carefully for the sign to Marathi (road turns slightly to the right).
Follow this road, after a while starts descending towards the sea.
Follow the road to Marathi, and when you reach a steeply descending road (slow down) stop at the end (T junction) and cross the road, following the signs for Loutraki.
Continue for 1 km and at the end of the tar road, before the beach, turn right up the hill.
You will see the Loutraki taverna (on your left), after the taverna continue straight up the road and at the top before the right bend of the road, you will see a low stone wall with green gates.
This is the main entrance to Daphne and Chloe villas.

Chloe: continue down the drive and enter Chloe’s parking on your left.
