The food in the restaurant was “nothing to write home about”. In fact one of the servers described a menu item in those exact words. The hotel is in need of an upgrade - it’s pretty run down. We did have a pleasant view of the port from our room.

Hotel was just a few min from the ferry, so it was ideal. It was also clean comfortable and quiet. The staff was very efficient at dealing with a lot of customers who had just arrived on the ferry.

The room was overall clean but concerned about the garbage left in the vanity area The restaurant was adequate. A few items requested were not available on the menu ie soup , bagel selection , one order not as requested, and one part of an order missed completely.

Everyone was so nice. We had everything we needed right at the hotel. And so close to the ferry! Although there was a no sense policy for the dining room, the cleaning products being used in to hotel were extremely strong. And a gorgeous view!!
