Beautiful property, very clean! Staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay here in the future.. The only inconvenience was trying to get a taxi or uber for more than four people.

Very nice place by the lake. On site restaurant is good and convenient but you really should go out and explore. There are couple billiards tables by the lobby and there are some pickleball courts on the property as well. Staff was very friendly especially the manager in the Sunday buffet.

Your property is beautiful your surrounding surround your dinner in your bar are immaculate and beautiful and comfortable and we hope that we use them again soon. However, the meal we had there left a lot to be desired. I was served a plate a fruit which was not the fruit that was promised to me I questioned them and they gave me one that was promised to me, but only one of the five or six that were supposed to be on the plate according to the menu. The staff was a little bit hard to manage conversing with as they say they understood no English it also I think maybe there has to be a way to make sure that your staff speaks English as well as Spanish or at least has some kind of a way to translate as we did so it was up to us to translate. We think it should be up to you. And your bartender was not there the night we were there and now ordered a couple of margaritas and it took like over an hour for them to figure out what to do because they didn’t know if they had the right materials and sewing, but all in all the place was very very nice and we do look forward to coming back as we have a person in a care facility at one of the facilities in La Flores, which is only a few blocks actually from your hotel and we will be staying there when we come to visitor thank you very much

I liked this hotel. The scenery of the lake and swimming pools/outdoor areas are spectacular and the meals are first class. Very much an upscale setting and worthy of a corporate event. The staff was very friendly and super accommodating for a couple of changes I needed. The hotel is very well kept for an older-style hotel. Only one complaint: I like a hard mattress, but my bed felt like a rock. I mean, the absolute hardest mattress I have ever slept on.

This was a very nice hotel room. It has a nice restaurant and a bar. Although it would have been very nice if we would had a coffee maker a refrigerator and maybe an ice machine available. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Staff was amazing! View was great and location is safe. The grounds were pretty. Pool was semi warm for December. Restaurant was overpriced. Room was spacious but sadly ours had a bad nail polish stain that looked like blood. We only stayed one night.

Stayed for 2 nights as part of a longer vacation in Mexico. The resort is nice but could use a refresh - it’s a bit dated. It is in a beautiful area and has a great view of Lake Chapala.
