Just an overnight stay. It´s was pretty good. The hotel is great. I disliked the fact that they didn´t have valet parking and the soap/shampoo those where you press them, already fixed to the wall;

Banheiro sujo, estava eu e minha esposa, só tinha uma toalha, sendo que a mesma estava rasgada, pedimos outra e não tinha para reposição. Ficamos dois dias e nosso quarto não foi limpo nenhum dia. Estacionamento é gratuito, mas estava lotado e tivemos que deixar o carro na rua. Queríamos almoçar, restaurante fechado para equipe da Chapecoense, da mesma forma no jantar. Enfim, precisam melhorar em muitos aspectos para atender bem seus clientes. Apesar de tudo, a pessoa que nos atendeu no chegada e saída foi gentil, mas não nos passou nenhuma informação de horários nem internet. Não recomendamos esse hotel.

O hotel é muito bonito, decorado e aconchegante. O que deixou um pouco a desejar foi a limpeza, bastante mofo no banheiro , mas somente isso. O café da manhã bem variado, bem organizado, os atendentes atenciosos. A janta tbm estava uma delícia. Custo benefício muito bom. Recomendo!

É preciso melhorar

Não é a primeira vez que fico no hotel. Nas demais tudo correu normalmente. Mas desta vez ficou claro que o hotel não comporta atendimento com ocupação alta. Havia um evento e uma delegação esportiva no hotel. Pela manhã não havia água quente no chuveiro. Foi necessário esperar uma meia hora para poder usar. Não havia espaço no café da manhã. Faltavam utensílios e itens de reposição também. Conseguir subir/descer pelo elevador foi um martírio. Ficou claro que devem repensar toda logística e estrutura do hotel com alta ocupação. Destaco que a diária do hotel não é ínfima. Pelo contrário.

QUARTO SUJO.

O quarto estava todo sujo, embaixo da cama estava imundo. Solicitei na recepção a limpeza mas não tinha ninguém p limpar. Dormimos com o quarto sujo. Mandei foto e vídeo para o número deixado no quarto para reclamação não tive nenhum retorno. No checkout mostrei as fotos e relatei a situação para a atendente ela me disse que não podia fazer nada pois a reserva foi feita pelo hotes.com se eu tivesse feito direto no hotel eles me reembolsavam. Resumindo paguei 500 e pouco na diária para dormir em um quarto sujo.
