Chic Modern Condo in Historic Charleston

After a busy day of adventure in the city, it's nice to come home to a modern apartment decorated in calming neutral tones. Kick back on a couch and catch a movie on TV. Relax under a hot shower and get a good night's sleep between crisp bed sheets.

The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.

Great place but a bit off the beaten path

The condo was perfect and absolutely beautiful!! The only bummer was that it was almost two miles to east bay and king street so we had to uber a lot. But there’s a great coffee shop right across the street and a beautiful park in walking distance. I would definitely recommend to people who don’t mind walking a lot.

Nice stay

Overall a really nice stay. The style and layout was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. Location in Charleston was great for walking to places. A couple things could make it better. The furniture is starting to show wear and tear. The stairwell and entrance is initially hard to figure out and has a lot of mosquitoes. Also, the one night we cooked a meal was difficult as it was lacking quite a few things such as tops to the pots, colander, etc.

Wonderful place to stay!

So happy we chose to stay here! The apt. is lovely and has everything you need! Comfy beds, great down comforters, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all new and fresh and well designed, great kitchen, tv’s in every room. Great restaurants within walking distance from the breakfast place next door to Fuel and Hominy restaurants down the block (and the secret R kitchen). Annie will take great care of you and responds quickly and Charleston is so friendly and beautiful! Every street tells a story. Uber or Lyft are so easy so we didn’t rent a car. We will be back!

Convenient, Clean Stay

This place was perfect for a weekend in Charleston. It’s in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to King Street, spacious and clean. Check in and check out was easy. There is a small bodega across the street where you can get beverages and snacks. Coffee shops and restaurants close by.

Exceeded expectations!!

Highly recommend. Great location and we felt we were at a 5 star luxury place! Fully updated and modern and the kitchen is very well equipped and inviting to cook in. You will be staying right next to great restaurants and within walking distance to King Street and other places to visit such as Rainbow Row and the Battery. This is a great place to stay in Charleston.

Bloody Birthday Rental

Check in was easy and simple. The property management company made lots of contact leading to and during our stay. We are able to park, and everything was provided that we would need for our rental. I was excited for my first trip to Charleston, as it was my birthday weekend. We had one major issue. In the bedroom where I was staying there was a visible blood on a pillowcase that soaked through to the pillow. It was obvious that the linens had not been changed from a the prior renters, because this blood was located on the underside of the pillowcase that wasn't viable until you turned it over. Additionally, I slept on the pillow and saw it the morning after I woke up and thought it was my face that was bleeding! However, I determined the blood was old and I had no cuts, nose bleeds or ear bleeds. However, I slept on a pillow/pillow case with bodily fluids! I contacted our concierge immediately and they changed the bed liens with no questions. The housekeeping staff was shocked, appalled and disappointed. She apologized and was prompt and remorseful. Other than this incident the stay was wonderful. The staff was prompt and I enjoyed my stay. I am hoping to have some adjustment to my account due to this issue. I have pictures of the pillow and pillowcase if needed.
