Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Would 100% stay here again!

Stayed here with a group of friends for a girls trip. The place was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed - including plenty of pillows and towels. The location was central to a lot of areas and downtown was an easy 30 min walk. Communication was fast and checkin/out was easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Charleston stay!!

My parents and I went to visit my daughter at C of C and wanted a place close to school and the comforts of home. This home was perfect! Great neighborhood, private parking spot, clean home, well furnished and so clean! The hosts were super easy to communicate with! Beds were comfortable and they provided everything we needed to make a few meals. We will definitely come back to this property!

Hurricane Debby did not get us down

Despite the weather, we had a great time! Comfy beds, warm showers, and plenty of space for the 6 of us. Great location to downtown, just far enough that we did not flood, but close enough we could get a good walk in on the 2 days that did not rain. Charleston is lovely, and this property is super cute.

Great Get-Away

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The place is adorable! Wonderfully decorated, very clean upon check in, had everything we needed! David was fabulous and always responded quickly. Neighborhood is up and coming and lots of restoration going on so don't be put off when you arrive. Can't wait to stay here again!

Beautiful townhouse in a great location!

The townhouse is so well designed, clean, convenient, super comfortable and great decor. Our favorite one we have stayed in! And we have stayed at some amazing places in Savannah and New Orleans. The parking is awesome and the outside picnic bench is nice to have. We walked for all the restaurants we visited and went bowling around the corner. We really enjoyed it!

Getaway Cousins Girl Trip

Great location, house was clean and we enjoyed our time there. Very convenient to everything on King Street. Parking area is very tight and the house did not supply adequate number of towels and wash clothes, we regularly did a load of wash. The house was roomy and comfy.

Charleston Visit

My wife and I and our two children (4 years and 9 months) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the included high chair and pack n play, which made traveling with an infant much easier. Great jumping off point to restaurants, King street, etc. The off street parking spot and gate were fantastic features of the property. We would definitely stay here again!

Definitely recommend this cute house!

The house is well appointed, immaculate and very comfortable on a quiet street. The location is ideal within walking distance of downtown Charleston and short drive (or Uber) to other areas. Off-street parking for 2 cars is an added bonus. Communication before and during our stay was excellent. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for a great weekend!

Downtown gem

We loved our stay in Charleston. My husband and two boys flew in from the west coast and my brother met us there from Florida for vacation. We loved the location of this house. We could walk to restaurants and shops. The host was wonderful and let my brother check in early. Thanks for the great stay.

Very nice and clean property. Liked having a parking area. Not far from King Street, but a bit of a walk to areas of interest (bus available too). Beds were okay, but could use updating.

Holiday in Charleston

Very clean property! It fit our space needs nicely. Unfortunately it rained most of our stay so walking to King Street, restaurants wasn't ideal. It is a close drive to nice restaurants, etc. The items in kitchen were very basic. If you plan on cooking, be prepared to bring or buy items. No serving dishes, serving or large mixing bowls, foil, wrap, spices, etc.

Sweet Charleston home

I chose this home for our three day stay in Charleston because the photos and description fit our group of four well. The layout worked for us. One photo was a bit misleading, and that is the laundry area. The door on the dryer side inhibits the dryer door from being opened completely. We did use both washer and dryer, and managed to retrieve our clothes from the dryer but it was a challenge. My sister in law and I both agreed that by removing those doors and placing a sweet curtain or some other covering would enhance the laundry area. That was the only hiccup we found, from a usage standpoint. This home served its purpose for us, and communication with Maggie was superb.
