"Room was wonderful and on the top floor with a partial view of the harbor. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would probably again. It was a great location and easy to walk thru the city. Downside of staying in this hotel is the hefty $45 a night valet fee for your vehicle. The only other complaint we had was the breakfast. For some reason they made errors two mornings when they delivered the breakfast. One morning we got the wrong quiche even though the menu we filled out clearly marked the menu correctly. On another morning we had selected a quiche and they didn't bring it and they had to deliver that. Staff needs to check the menus better before delivering them to the quests."

"Staff was very. Hospitable to us. Historic location very cool. Lots of street noise in the middle night was a challenge: sounded like garbage trucks, big machinery running. Woke us up around 3:30 am first night. Car park fee very expensive. No place to self park."

"Very well appointed, clean, well staffed historical property right in the heart of the historic district. Extremely close to worthwhile horse drawn carriage rides and shopping galore at the famed city market and small street side shops. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, plentiful and fresh! The staff were so friendly for breakfast and afternoon cheeses & wine, also complimentary! Valet service went beyond plus the bicycle taxis were also readily available and reasonable."

"Staff were very friendly, helpful,polite. The room was very very clean, up to date Breakfast selection both mornings were good with a nice variety. Only two items that came up to speak about. Expedia had us registered for 3 rooms, so that took a while to figure out 2nd item. The one and only elevator for the hotel was out of order the first night and remained that way during our entire stay. Luckily we were only on the 2nd floor, but I had had a Pacemaker implemented a few weeks earlier so navigating the stairs was a bit difficult for me. 2nd"
