Perfect location between downtown Charleston and Folly Beach, everything around a 10 minute drive. Pictures did make the pool look bigger, but still good if you go during a time off season. We visited July 7th. Breakfast was good, just wish there were more options with coffee and it was served all day. Room was cozy, stayed cool, and the kitchen was perfect. Parking is excellent!! Staff was 10/10. We will be booking again.

Front desk was kind and diligent. There was an issue with the main bedroom toilet being clogged when we arrived but she quickly had maintenance come repair it. Pool area needs some updates standing water noted and it could use some nice upgrades to make it inviting. Beds were comfortable, nice hot shower. Balcony was overlooking the roof and AC pipes, not the best view so we didn’t use it. The AC vent on the balcony needs to either be cleaned or covered lots of dirt and water. Lastly, thought there was an actual water view however it’s not as pictured online.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, which was perfect for us. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the main living room, and each bedroom had its own bathroom. We were very comfortable staying here, it was an easy drive into the heart of Charleston, but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle of downtown. All in all, a great place to stay, with lots of room to unwind and relax.

They were over booked. Tried to put us in two separate rooms but I had not seen my family in 2 years. They said they could refund us but still haven't in 5 days. We stayed at a lovely little bungalow that accommodated all 6 of us including an outdoor shower.

A fine place, although a little bit older, I just would not book here again due to cleanliness. The bathtubs and showers desperately need replacement. It’s obvious they have been painted over several times and the bottom of the tub felt slimy. I’m 90% sure there was hair in the tub that was not ours. I saw stains on the walls in the hallways. The balcony could use a sweep and a scrub from stains. Open cabinets had dirt and crud in them. Breakfast was fine. Room was large and everything worked. As locals that were having home repairs done, we will scope out another place in the event we need to stay in town again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. 5 stars to the front desk staff.
