The room overall was nice. There were lots of marks on the walls and baseboards. However everything was pretty clean and the fireplace was a nice touch. We were lucky to find a room available anywhere in the area. Staff was pleasant. No tea/hot water available at breakfast. Did not notice that there was no elevator on the website, my fault for not reading better.
