Disliked: Property conditions & facilities

The water in the shower was cold for the whole stay, and staff didn't seem too concerned about getting it fixed in a timely manner. Some outlets and lights in the room didn't work, used soap was left in the shower. Many chairs and tables in breakfast area were in bad repair. Otherwise, the room and beds were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was pretty decent.

Hi. My daughter and parents did not have a pleasant experience in this hotel. During all their stay they didn’t have hot water. Please talk to the property management. They said they will compensate but we didn’t see any compensation. Please advice. Thanks
