You are invited to take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Close to I 85 and short drive to Charlotte, restaurants and shopping. With two outdoor eating areas, upper deck and large lower deck koi pond, firepit, fenced yard, work station, game room and more. Clean and relaxing home away from home.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Press "leave home" in Kwikset app for lockset.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

- Please remove shoes at door due to carpet. Staining will incur additional charges. - Exterior smoking only. - Open flame/candles are not allowed.
- Do not feed koi pond - Keep grill/grilling utensils cleaned and cover after cooling is completed. - Additional requests may incur additional charges
- Please rinse/prewash all silverware, glassware, etc before placing in dishwasher. - Trash pickup Wednesday morning, All trash in proper container
