I just had a problem with the romance package the rose pedals was not in the room when we got there. Everything else was a once the front desk was notified of the problem they handled it quick! Other than that everything was perfect !

The room was smaller than expected, but the staff and common areas were very nice. I think this place suffered by comparison with my previous stay in Charlotte at Drury Inn & Suites.
