The only issue I had was with checkout. The employee on day shift said that staff was available 24 hours a day. When I went into the lobby at 4am to checkout, the employee was in a back office. When she finally came out, she wasn’t wearing shoes and she wasn’t wearing a name tag or any type of clothing to indicate she actually worked there. She was irritated that I was bothering her and told me I could have just left the key cards in the room. I told her that wasn’t what I was told when I had inquired about early checkout. She repeated that I could have left the key cards in the room, then turned around and headed back to the office.

The room was very warm, cooled by a small air conditioner, which took hours to bring the room down to a good sleeping temperature. The comforter was quite heavy which added to this problem. Evening staff were excellent. Airport shuttle driver was wonderful. Morning front desk staff were rude.

It’s a very clean hotel but it has like a muggy smell. The place needs like an update with the dark hallways. Staff were great. Although everyone were woken up by thìs massive loud alarm that could have broken your eardrums that’s located right above your bed at 3:00am and went on for 45min.

It was a pretty good stay, a body pillow would’ve made the stay better. Shower pressure was a little low and a hand held shower head would help with the low pressure so you could get the soap off better. It is nice having the complimentary bath supplies. $6 for a bottle of water is a little steep so I didn’t partake of it. I like fancy water but that was a little excessive. I will stay again if needed in Charlottesville it’s a good location and feels pretty safe with the lighting at night.

So I checked into this hotel for a little peace and to watch a movie and enjoy a night off in mountains. Before booking the hotel, I called the property if the tv has streaming like netflix on it. I was in room 039 and the tv didnt work. A lady came from the front desk to come fix it and they said someone will call me from the frontdesk to see whats next. I wait 2 hours and then I left the property angry at them. I checked in around 10:30 pm and left the property around 1am
