VEY DATED PROPERTY, WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN. Both mattresses in room old and thin and hard. Really good breakfast though.

Ivy Rose Cottage nestled b/t Cville & Vineyards
We had a great time. One nana, 2 parents and 2 little kids. We enjoyed the outside as well as the inside. Beautiful grounds with flowers blooming were extra, and so appreciated. Perfect setting for our small family reunion … Charming storybook inside and out. Definitely would stay again.

1802 cottage once part of Monticello and owned by Thomas Jefferson
We did not use the hot tub. The weather was wet and chilly. Also the hot tub was several steps from our unit. The cottage was charming; however, it was lacking attention. There was dust in several areas, the silverware in the drawer was dirty, and there were numerous stink bugs (dead and alive) throughout ...
