"The breakfast was late 15 minutes, the bagel toaster was not plugged, so I and another guest had to open the cabinet below and connect the toaster. The public bathroom was dirty , no soap in dispensers, hand paper towels was not loaded into the machine, so the roll was left on the sink area. Fresh (decaffeinated), coffee dispenser was lukewarm."

"I booked a 5:30 p.m. spa treatment and told the staff at booking that my phone had no service anywhere on the resort property. While I was soaking, the spa called at 4:51 and 5:02 p.m. to say the therapist could not arrive on time and ask if I could move to 6:30. I saw the messages at 5:15 but still had no service to call back. When I arrived at the spa at 6:15, I was told my appointment had been canceled because I had not responded. "The facility is beautiful and well maintained. Rooms were large and included high quality toiletries. The spa was fabulous! Room for improvement with the towels as they were very scratchy. Had an issue checking in due to a change in reservation with Expedia but front desk was not very helpful until a manager intervened after 20 minutes of hassling."

"The check-in staff was aloof and seemed bothered to explain where things were located. The valets were great The breakfast server was great"

"Hotel St. Francis was perfect for our trip. Our room was clean and the hospitality was excellent."

"Beautiful hotel in the center of old town. Excellent"

"This is a very nice hotel. The room is large with a lovely chair / footstool, movies available to watch for free, real glasses and coffee cups, and clean."

"A really nice no-frills spot if you're looking to stay in downtown Santa Fe but don't want to pay downtown prices."

"Good place to stay, clean, comfortable with large room. Staff was helpful and friendly. While it was close to the airport, there was little intrusive noise."

"Cecilia at the front desk was very cheerful and helpful. The pool area was very nice. We had breakfast there 1 morning and it was very good."

"Except!"

"Needs some TLC, very tired-looking property. The room was basic (despite it being an upgrade) but adequate. Unfortunately the bed and pillows were very hard and the AC unit was extremely loud, resulting in a difficult night and very little sleep. We chose to check out in the morning after just one night of our two-night booking. The staff was pleasant upon check-in and check-out."
