Lovely Lakefront home with very large deck that provides panoramic views of the water and stunning sunsets. The home is nestled in a private culdesac lot in the Sunset Heights Addition just a few minutes off of I-40. 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with plenty of room for friends and family to relax. Enjoy the Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need.. Large open floor plan with breathtaking lake views from the living room and kitchen! Living area has plenty of comfy seating, smart TV, wi-fi and board games. Several steps up lead you to three comfy bedrooms! Enjoy the lake life, and sit outside all evening on the expansive deck with fire pit or go fish and swim off the private dock. Have a boat? Bring your boat and leave it in your own slip all weekend! Neighborhood boat ramp is available as well as the public ramp just around the corner. Close to all the conveniences of Checotah as well as the fun activites in Eufaula, Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park, antique shops and restaurants.

Great Vacation

Had a great time here! The view is amazing, sun sets over the water, and you can sit in the deck and enjoy it! The private dock/boat slip was nice. No complaints!

This was a very clean and cozy home. It was set up very comfortably and had a great outdoor deck and seating area. The dock was easy to access to fish off of. We enjoyed our weekend and will be back!

Enjoyed the property and scenery. Very nice and quiet area! Only other thing that you would need is a boat or watercraft rental to get out on the lake.. We will come back!

Property was as described, beautiful wrap around deck. All the basic amenities were there, beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked good even on 100+ days. The small lake at the entrance to the neighborhood was also convenient to launch kayaks (brought our own) and swim.

Perfect spot for my husband and me to get away for a few days. Beautiful views from the deck. Clean and stocked with the basics. We stayed during the week and it was quiet. Brought our boat and fished the entire time. 2 boat ramps located very nearby. Will keep this place in mind for our next trip.
