Beautiful hotel overlooking the beautifully blue city of Chefchaouen. The road leading up to the hotel is closed (we had to park at the road closure and then walk the rest of the way to the hotel entrance). Then once we arrived to the entrance, we had to climb around 175 stairs to get to the reception ...

TAJ CHEFCHAOUEN Luxury Hotel and Spa
Horrible management and rotten service. If you can’t find a better option in this small town, consider instead a day trip from Tangier. They will scam you with their spa menu. Their pool has mold growing on the ceiling. They are nonresponsive and rude.

Mount Chaouen
The experience was amazing. The people there were so helpful and made us feel at home. They gave us a portable heater. Was in a good location as well.

Bellevue House -With terrace in the heart of the Medina
The Bellevue house was everything we could have hoped for! Beautiful property, clean, well maintained. Check in was easy from help with parking to help with our bags. Would highly recommend.

Dirty, cold and unsafe hotel with dishonest owner. Started with the false information from the owner. My mum is 80 years old and cannot take many stairs. I specifically contacted the owner and asked if the room is on the ground floor, he said yes!yes! In reality she had to climb 3 blocks of stairs… ...
