This lovely lakefront home in Chelan has gorgeous views, shared pools, and a hot tub, as well as shared basketball and tennis court. In-house amenities include a private washer/dryer, cable, central air-conditioning, and a private patio.

This home's lakefront location offers guests a beach for relaxing and access to water sports, including boating, kayaking, and canoeing, not to mention fishing off the dock. Other outdoor options include hiking and mountain biking, and Chelan proper is two miles away with shops and a variety of restaurants.

No Blinds/No Umbrella

The unit was beautiful, the resort was amazing, but none of our blinds worked. We could not close the front blinds and we could not open the bedroom blinds. Owner did not provide an umbrella for the patio and the heat was nearly 100 degrees. We had an amazing view of the lake, but could not enjoy it on the patio as it was way too hot. Tried to have resort supply umbrella, but they could not. Would recommend the unit for the view, but would make sure that blinds have been replaced and umbrella is in place.

Wonderful view

This is the second time I have stayed at this unit. The view can’t be beat. We have stayed during the winter so it is nice and quiet.

Nice relaxed gateway by the lake with breathtaking views from the dining

Breathtaking view , Easy access to lake, good for small family. But not very clean upon arrival. Hairs in bed , bathroom everywhere. Vacuumed was not done properly. But over all our stay was good and my kids enjoyed.

Great location and access to the lake and pools.

We had everything we needed to enjoy a getaway to Lake Chelan. Great access to lake forvswimming and boating. We already made our reservation for next year.

Amazing view, ok interior

You can’t compete with this location and view! The view is more amazing than the pictures. However, the interior definitely needs a refresh! We were told that dryer went out before our stay which was a HUGE bummer since we were traveling with a 3 mo. old. We were told that it would be fixed but other than removing old unit, it wasn’t fixed. Communication should have been better on what the plans were.

June getaway

Love! Love! Love the view, location, and more. The grounds are impeccable plus the beach and pool were only a few steps away.

View was great and unit was quite. The two couch’s are uncomfortable to sit on and the DVD player is outdated (not HDMI). Toilet runs and needs to be fixed. Would rent again if these items were updated.

Lovely Lakefront

We rented for a month. Waking up to the perfect view every morning began a perfect day for us. The grounds are amazingly groomed. The grounds keepers are so nice as are the people when we checked in. Everyone was always very helpful when we needed any question answered. The condo was very comfortable. I would however suggest the owner repair a couple of things. The window treatment is broken and as we understand it has been for a while. The sofa bed, blow up mattress also has holes in it and doesn't stay inflated. Luckily our little granddaughters didn't care because they loved it so much there. We would for sure stay in this unit again. 2-2

Loved the waterfront view, covered carport, and close proximity to the pool. Lack of drapes in the bedroom was the only negative.

Great location, views and cleanliness, but outdated in several aspects

Very nice views, right in front of the lake, living room has an extra window instead of a wall (main reason I chose this property) that expands the views, very clean. Nice shared heated pool and hot tub. However, would be better if several items get upgraded: microwave, closet doors, dinning table, glassware. You should also ask them that they check that everything works properly before you arrive, so that you don't have to waste 2 hours of your time (like we did) while things get fixed once you are there. Stove bottom part had fallen, curtain was not working, light bulb had burned out, etc. Would come back if improvements are made.

Nice rental near the water

We stayed here in the winter. The unit was comfortable, quiet and well equipped with the exception of a hair dryer.

Loved our stay

This was the first trip my wife and I took with our 4 month old baby and we loved it. This condo is beautifully maintained and was very clean when we first entered. What immediately struck is the view since this ground floor unit is literally steps away from the water. The grounds are beautiful and there are numerous pools within walking distance including the largest pool near the front of the building. Back to the unit itself, the bedroom was very comfortable and the large kitchen has everything you need in regards to dishes and a large refrigerator. The unit was also very comfortable in regards to temperature as the AC works great and there is a fan in the main room. The main floor has a nice HD TV and a DVD player (does not play Blu Ray). When you are checking in ask for the DVD list as they have a surprising amount available to rent. Needless to say both downtown Chelan and Manson are a couple of minutes away. If you have never been check out Blueberry Hills Farm in Manson. The food itself is very good, but the pie is incredible. So long story short, we loved our trip and highly recommend this unit

perfect getaway condo

This lovely lakefront condo was perfect for a much needed getaway. The views of the lake and mountains made a morning cup of coffee and an evening happy hour beverage so enjoyable. The only slight annoyance was the dogs in the unit next door who barked every time we were outside (if they could see us) but we would definitely rent again.
