The rooms in the photos are deceptively misleading. They are much smaller than they actually appear to be. The rooms are smaller than a travel lodge room. There is no room service despite being a leading hotel. Breakfast was ok, but it's super early 6:30am to 9:30am, all other hotels that I have been to breakfast is till 11am or 10am at least, although not a problem but we had thought of sleeping in late after a long 4 hour drive but this meant we couldn't do that. Some of the staff were very good, some felt like they were being forced to work there. The advertisement about parking and gym is also misleading as the gym is not in the hotel, it's another gym that 15 mins walk from the hotel, why would I want to walk in the cold to the gym. Parking is also NCP parking so it's not free, it's a discount of £3 pounds for the day, so you will end up paying £12 for day parking. The location, staff and shower was nice, that's about it. For double the cost of a Travelodge this hotel just wasn't worth it. I'll be using the Travelodge next time. Cheaper and less expectations.

AC sending extraterrestrial signals whilst it was off. Fire alarm latch frequently emitted intrusive sounds. Disturbing noises through the wall near the bed with random booming noise from the headboard at night.
