"I recently stayed at Super 8 by Wyndham Duncan and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, conveniently situated right off Highway 1, making it easy to get around Duncan and the surrounding areas. The room was clean, smelled fresh, and all the amenities worked as expected during my stay. I would especially like to recognize the housekeeping team, particularly Nishka and Gemma, who were friendly, helpful, and contributed greatly to making my stay comfortable. My only concern was with one of the male front desk staff members who wears glasses. Whenever I asked for assistance, he seemed annoyed and unapproachable. I’m not sure if he is the owner or manager, but his customer service did not reflect the level of hospitality guests should receive. While I understand this is a 2-star property, good customer service should always be a priority regardless of hotel rating. That said, this was only one aspect of an otherwise enjoyable stay. The location, cleanliness, and efforts of the housekeeping staff made my visit a positive one overall, and I would consider staying here again."

"Contact-less check-in was super clear, the cottage was spacious, quiet and updated. Great views from the deck, not a direct lake view but lovely nonetheless. Wifi worked well, there were DVDs and games in the room too which was a nice touch. My feedback would be that if guests are asked to wash dishes before leaving (not a problem), dishsoap should be provided. The kitchen was relatively well stocked with utensils and dishes, but bring your own everything: sugar, oil, cling wrap, etc. The stove hood fan did nothing to ventilate and the recliners didn't recline (they weren't even plugged in, as in there was no adapter to plug) so while it wasn't perfect it was still a great getaway for a few days."

"Arrived 9 pm but was nice someone still there at desk to greet me. Very friendly. Room large, very old motel. Needs bit of an upgrade, as old bare bones, looking its age. Bathroom could use shelves, as small sink area, and need a plug for bathtub!! None to be found. Loved large kitchen space. Clean and well maintained for its age."
