Only bad is walking back to my room, there’s this room with ppl smoking inside and their room is wide open, can’t stand the smell. I’ve requested to upgraded one of my room to the Guangji Bridge view and they really did reserved for me. Thumbs up. Had a small issue with the TV when checked in. TV not in working condition, had to call the technician up to resolve it, took 30-40 minutes. A little unhappy with it, as a 5 star hotel should not make such a silly mistake. They should ensure that before guest checked in everything should be working fine. Overall it’s a nice stay, still have room for improvement. "

The scenery was still beautiful in its own way, and since it wasn’t peak season, I really enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is beautifully designed—modern, minimal, and very in harmony with the surrounding winery and landscape. I especially loved the tropical plants in the common areas—they’re so lively and well cared for, adding a vibrant touch to the space. They also provide bikes, and this area is perfect for riding around. Biking through the vineyards was such a relaxing highlight. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, this is a great place to relax and unwind—I can imagine it being a wonderful stay any time of the year."
