Staff was friendly, helpful and professional! The hotel website stated they had a hot tub, much to my disappointment, it was out of service! The hot tube was much of the reason I choose to stay there. For me the price was fair if it included the advertised hot tub, they should inform the customer that an amenity is not available when they schedule the room!

The Property was clean. Rooms are decent. The area felt safe and quiet. Breakfast was meh. I ran out of hot water while showering which is odd for a hotel. Great location with a Starbucks and Safeway across the street and a cute little coffee stand in the same parking lot.

Each time we visit Cheney, we choose to stay at this hotel. Helpful staff, very clean and airy rooms, nice beds and linen, and a scrumptious breakfast goes with it all. My husband has, on occasion, also used the hot tub and found it very good for tired and achy muscles. We like the easy parking, and the closeness to shopping at Safeway for light snacks in the evening. We'll continue choosing this hotel when visiting family here.

The property was in great condition and our room was great. They upgraded us to a more spacious (likely the handicapped accessible) room. The pool temp was nice, and hot tub wasn’t overly hot so we could enjoy it longer. The air in the pool area was so chlorinated that it bothered my eyes, though. Breakfast had lots of options, but like most places, didn’t have much for those avoiding carbs.

I always stay at this Holiday Inn Express when visiting Eastern WA University events. It’s very close and convenient to the school. I have always had a good experience and the staff is nice and always has been helpful. The rooms have always been clean. The dining area for the breakfast is spacious and inviting. One of my favorite amenities is around the clock coffee. I recommend this hotel.
