Experience was amazing. Went into this trip with fairly high expectations due to the brand name but came out of it having all expectations exceeded. Reception staff were extremely efficient and friendly during check in. The room was massive and had a great view onto the boulevard in front of the hotel. The room was very well furnished and had intuitive smart controls which made it very easy to navigate and use during the stay. The hotel is located very close to the metro station with easy access into the city and the airport.

Each mender of the team that I have met was friendly, welcoming and no request was to difficult In particular want to mention the outstanding service offered by the Gold l lounge team Evelyn, June, Mia and Donna They went way and above their duty to ensure that my Vegetarian dietary need where met. overall very nice and clean, spacious room, modern facilities. the staff are very friendly, reception was fast and smooth, i lost my small jewelry, two three staff helped and found it. they treat my little one like their own kids, take care of him and he loves the panda toy. room was always clean, whrnever u come back, u r back to a clean room. overall amazing experience.

By far the best hotel we have been to and the staff are so friendly and willing to help. Aight in customer service has gone above and beyond to help us. I haven’t found any faults with anything so far (maybe wifi a little slow to do this review but aside from that nothing.) Would highly recommend.

Convenient, 10 min walk to from Metro line #1, in new hi-tech district of chengdu, 15 min from downtown by metro. Get corner room if you can, much more spacious, equipped with two good size end-of-bed benches, if put together side by side and with the in-home sofa form a nice bed for toddlers. The breakfast was not great, but okay. The main Chinese restaurant on the 4rd floor is a better choice.

This is by far the nicest hotel we stayed during our 3 weeks trip in China. The facility is great. Service is great. Breakfast is great. Everything is top standard. The staff even shipped some of our luggage out for us at a later date. Overall we had a great time.

The facility is outstanding - super clean and beautiful modern deco. Its not one of those tourists choices. It’s in the financial district with abundance of quality western as well as Chinese food choices. It’s located a stone through away from a metro stop which will take you to all the key attractions. We got upgraded to the luxury suite when we check in. Very friendly and super helpful staffs. Has gym and swimming pool which is plus for family on school holidays.

excellent service and very comfort experience. check in and check out were fast and informative. VIP lounge was extraordinary. every single staff in the building were so benign and friendly. very customer oriented hotel. highly recommended. maybe their manager Phil is really good at this.
