Very good services and attend to my needs. Manager Laura is very polite and smiles all the time. The rooms are newly renovated and very neat and tidy.

I don’t remember staying at a hotel that was THAT clean. As if the room was brand new. My room on 28th floor was very nice, although the view out of the window showed mostly a giant Metro construction site. The breakfast was pretty good with a lot of choices. Location is close to Luomashi station, so it’s really convenient to get to the hotel from airport or train stations. However, there weren’t any shops or restaurants in the neighborhood, so you’d have to walk 2-3 blocks to get some food or drinks. Other than that, I’d probably stay there again.

The manager was very rude when we asked for a bigger room since we paid for a room for 3 people and ours had 2 individual beds and no space for an extra bed. In all of the hotels we stayed in China, we had space for an extra bed and bigger beds because we paid also for 3 people.

El hotel esta bastante bien, hubiera sido de agradecer que el personal de la recepción hablara mas inglés… nadie nos ayudó con el equipaje ni nos acompañó a la habitación, tuvimos que buscarla nosotras por nuestra cuenta. No nos explicaron que debíamos usar la tarjeta de la habitación para activar el ascensor… la recepción, como se puede ver, fue un poco desastre. El desayuno es muy variado y la habitación muy cómoda. Ubicación céntrica para explorar Chengdu, en Didi, eso si. Las distancias son gigantescas
