Enjoy river views as well as a view of the North Golf Course in Cherokee Village, AR nestled in the Ozark Mountains.
We are .4 miles from the North Golf Course and even closer to a starting point for kayaking. The South Golf Course is only a few miles away. Both courses have spectacular views of the Ozarks.
We have an EV charger station in the garage, golf clubs, fishing poles, and kayak.
Lake Thunderbird is the largest of 7 lakes in the village with a marina.

The home is 1,244 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There’s a deck on the back of the house that runs the entire length of the house overlooking the South Fork River and North Golf Course.
There’s a kayak, set of golf clubs, and 2 fishing poles located in the garage for guests use.
