🔹 Dogs are welcome at Mountain View Retreat! A maximum of 2 dogs, with a 30-pound weight limit, are permitted for a $30 fee.
🔹 There are security cameras recording the driveway, corner of the house by the fire pit, sidewalk to the back door, and back deck facing the mountain. Do not move, cover, tamper with, or take down alarms, security lights, or cameras.
🔹 This property is not equipped for charging electric vehicles, and attempting to do so is prohibited.

For stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required. This cleaning will be scheduled during your stay and is charged at the same rate as the standard cleaning fee. If the property requires additional cleaning due to excessive mess or damage, extra charges may apply.
