Self Catered Accommodation With Parking

This fantastic self catered accommodation is a one-bedroom flat. It is big enough to sleep four adults, and is ideal for couples on city breaks or business travellers seeking a comfortable and economical alternative to a hotel.

There is a super king-sized bed in the spacious bedroom. It can also be split into twin beds. The living room has a comfortable sofa which can turn into a double bed. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided. The bathroom has been finished to a high standard and has an over the bath shower. The modern kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, washer dryer and all the crockery, cutlery, utensils and pots and pans you could need.

The apartment also has an allocated parking space, but the apartment is just a few minutes walk from Chester’s attractive city centre, with shops, pubs and plenty of attractions to explore. Perfect self catered accommodation.

City Suites is a one minute walk to Chester train station and only a couple of minutes in to the City Centre.

I booked 3 apartments for a group of us to use as we were attending Chester races. The room was lovely and had plenty of space for the 4 of us in this apartment. However the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and very small for 2 fully grown adults which was a slight shame. I called several times before our arrival with questions and they were all answered promptly and efficiently. Overall very happy with the stay, just a shame about the sofa bed.

I have used Residential Estates before as they are really helpful to deal with and I know they have a good standard of accommodation on offer at reasonable rates. I always deal with Natalie who is always amazing and I know she consistently offers a fantastic level of customer service ensuring guest satisfaction every time. The apartment I stayed in was spacious, clean and really nice. It is modern yet cosy and fully furnished to a high standard. It has large windows and the view outside is pleasant. The bedroom was particularly spacious which I liked. The bathroom was decorated to a high standard and the shower was really good, hot and powerful. The dining table comfortably seats 4 and allows for a nice dining experience. The kitchen is all open plan but a good size and there is all the crockery, cookware and utensils you could need. The TV is a smart TV which is great and the WIFI connection was excellent. It is in a quiet location a short walk from the city centre. Currently there are some building works nearby but from Apartment 9 the noise was minimal. This may not be the case when building work starts next door but currently it isn't an issue. The building itself was quiet with just occasional noise that you can expect in a mid floor apartment. There is parking outside however it isn't secure but I never had any problem and the parking was a bonus rather than parking on the street it means you have an allocated space. The apartment was equipped with ironing and washing facilities and also a hairdryer. It felt like a home from home and I had a very enjoyable stay. I would not hesitate to recommend Natalie and her Residential Estates team and I would be happy to book with them again. Natalie was always at the end of a message if I had any questions or problems, she is fantastic at her job and a credit to the company. The response was always quick and they get things done when they say they will, customer care here is excellent.

Stayed at city suites many times i use it as a base to hold one to one meetings with clients for my investment company. Nice big layout excellent kitchen and bathroom always super clean. security is good with a buzzer entrance, and free parking.

Great place, the staff is very thoughtful and think along (had to switch places mid-stay to go to this appartment and they offered early check-in). Good wi-fi. Only slight improvements would be adjustment of the showerheads and the addition of a fan to the inventory. The streetside is a little loud at night which makes it so the window needed to be shut for us, a fan really helped with the resulting warmth. Enjoyed stay immensely and will surely stay again.

This was my second time time to stay at city suite and it's always a pleasure the location is excellent 2mn from the station and very close to the town centre my apartment was very spacious ,comfortable and sparkling clean I will definitely be back.
