Days Inn by Wyndham Cheyenne
10/10 Excellent
"My stay was great here. The bed was comfortable. They had eggs and more for breakfast. The staff was great. They had a pool but I did not have time to use it. They had lots of bikers there and they left early in the morning. "
"We got a suite for the night here. It was very nice as they had an available one allowed for pet friendly guests (only had to pay usual pet fee). The jetted tub was spacious, as was the room itself. Everything was very clean and the staff was quite friendly. Elevator access to and from the room was very easy. Would stay here again. "
"Booked this property for a 2 night stay, I was in town for my father's funeral. We didn't arrive until after 10pm as we were with family. Upon walking in the door, the unit smelled terribly (my husband said "like a pet store" and I felt it smelled like wet dog). As it's supposed to be a non pet unit, I assumed someone brought animals in on the last stay. It had clearly been cleaned, but it smelled very bad still.
It was late, we had to be up early and were exhausted, but I messaged them right away to let them know about the issue and that we would be asking for a refund for the next night as we weren't comfortable staying there. If the situation had been any other day, we would have left immediately. After lots of back and forths (and asking them to please go check it out for themselves so they knew I wasn't lying), they still refused even a partial refund.
The hosts are quick to respond to messages, but if you actually have an issue, don't expect any help. "
