Non vale le stelle che ha.. Camere niente di che, aria condizionata centralizzata e non funzionante.. Doccia idromassaggio non funzionante. La struttura è rimasta agli anni 80.. La spa invece tutta un'altra cosa.. Semplicemente fantastica.. Per il resto tutto da migliorare.

L'Hotel e' situato in zona tranquilla ma vicinissimo sia al mare che al centro. L'accoglienza ottima la camera piccola ma confortevole e pur essendo da sola con letto matrimoniale e non letto singolo ( per me molto importante). Il bagno una" chicca" pulitissimo e dotato di molti asciugamani. Climatizzazione ottima perché i termoarredi forniti di valvole . La colazione abbondante e varia. L'accoglienza ottima ..insomma da consigliare.

The best part was the staff, very polite and helpful, breakfast is good as well, personally I would prefer a more modern style, the interiors and the overall design seems a bit old fashioned... but this is my personal preference. Overall it was a nice stay

Grande bisogno di una ventata di rinnovamento!

Struttura datata con camere di livello basso: il wifi non funzionava, bagno con vasca, pareti sottili e quindi molto rumore. In piu il centro benessere che a quanto pare è il plus della struttra è aperto solo il pomeriggio e quindi non ho potuto provarlo. Colazione invece molto buona e persinale cordiale.

Spa spettacolare e ricca colazione

Soggiorno bellissimo, la struttura è dotata di ogni servizio e le camere sono molto ampie. La Spa è molto moderna e ha qualcosa in più delle solite Spa. Colazione molto ricca e varia. Servizio al cliente impeccabile.

avevo scelto l'hotel perche era scritto sul vostro sito ideale per famiglie . Pero infatti la piscina interna non era permessa per i bambini e non c' era un servizio di babysitter. La camera troppo calda, il servizio al ristorante troppo longo ...etc

Confortevole da ammodernare

Struttura alberghiera posizionata in una posizione interessante vista la sua vicinanza con alcune strutture Termali. Ambiente confortevole anche se avrebbe bisgno di una importante opera di ristrutturazione e ammodernamento.

Hotel datato meritevole di alcuni interventi

Il personale della reception , del ristorante e in genere dell'hotel e' eccellente. Il buffet della colazione buono ma non ricco. I piatti serviti al ristorante di qualità media. Nella camera ( matrimoniale di maggior livello ) abbiamo trovato in entrata ( e per tutto il periodo di sei giorni ) solo due piccole saponette in bagno e il frigobar con due bottigliette di minerale e tre di un aperitivo , senza cavatappi. Gli arredi semplici ma funzionali. Assolutamente da sostituire , specie nelle parti comuni, la moquette , usurata è segnata dagli anni. Il Centro benessere offre begli ambienti adatti al relax, con vasche, saune, sale massaggi ecc., e con il personale gentile ed efficiente. In complesso un buon hotel, migliorabile ma già così senz'altro gradevole.

Hotellet var rent och snyggt men rummen skulle behöva renoveras. Hotellets lobby ingav ett sobert intryck som inte motsvarades av övriga delar av hotellet. Rummets air cond var inte speciellt effektiv så det var varmt. Hotellets glansdagar har passerat.

Great Indoor Spa!

Room accommodation average, A/C not adequate, no info in the room about hotel services, times, locations, etc. Lunch and Dinner menu identical, and not very extensive. No fish, lots of meat and pasta, and sweets. Indoor Spa was great, on weekdays only 15 euro per person, excluding the massages, from 3:30-7:30 pm. Spa very modern, evidently remodeled. Hotel is older version, but spa modern. Roof top swimming pool, very nice. Would go there again just for the spa.

relax a Chianciano

ho scelto l'hotel Ambasciatori on-line, bellissimo, la camera con il suo arredamento semplice ma pulita, personale gentile e attento, il nuovo centro benessere molto accogliente e rilassante, ho fatto il massaggio con Silvia è molto brava e professionale. Spero di poterci tornare!!

Albergo molto bello ma, a parte la SPA, molto datato. Le camere, seppur molto spaziose e comode sono arredate anni '70 con moquette e carta da parati. Mi preme far notare che l'ingresso alla SPA (all'ultimo piano e con ottima visuale) non è consentito ai minorenni, scelta che in teoria potrebbe essere anche condivisibile, ma credo sarebbe corretto evidenziare nella descrizione dell'Hotel: viaggiavamo con una bambina di 7 anni e le avevamo promesso una vacanza con bagni in piscina.....

Senza nulla a pretendere

L'albergo ha le camere un po datate, comunque tutto sommato non è assolutamente male. Ha la spa al suo interno ed il buffet della prima colazione è abbondante. Lascia perplesso il fatto che è un quattro stelle ed è leggermente vecchiotto.

Hotel con personale gentilissimo,spa stupenda con un bellissimo panorama,le stanze sono ampie e spaziose anche se servirebbe una ristrutturazione !!!
