Place was amazing. Room was clean and on a quiet street near the park where the flower festival was. Staff were very helpful and a joy to interact with. Also the breakfast was really good, the fruit bowl was delicious.

This is my home !!

I'm satisfied with everything. I've traveled to many places, but this is the first hotel that gives guests such family-like comfort. Especially, the check-out on the last day was at 6:00 in the morning, but they prepared tuna sandwiches for us checking out at dawn. I was really impressed. I highly recommend it to others.

Value for money with great breakfast

Value for money near to Chiang Mai Old City. Small boutique hotel, attentive staff service and breakfast was great delicious. Freshly prepared as per requested breakfast timing. The only feedback for this hotel the heater problem as it’s not hot enough.

We really enjoyed our stay at ONCE, loved the well appointed room and daily breakfasts and wonderful staff. The hotel is well located within the old city, walking distance to everything including a great pottery place 2 mins down the street. Would love to return one day.
