I read the reviews online about this property and they all seemed excellent, which is why I initially booked this hotel. I flew into airport early, and was hoping to check in early, but wasn’t really expecting it. I got to the hotel and politely asked if I was able to check in early and I have NEVER met such unfriendly and RUDE front desk staff, especially in Thailand. They barely wanted to help me and told me check in was at 2pm. The rest of the staff I encountered wasn’t much friendlier. Overall the room was comfortable and nice, but i definitely would NOT stay here again because of the staff and I also didn’t like the location.

Thank you, staff so friendly, helpful and kind, great location, dining options galore, pool nice, pity bar by pool was not open. Easy to walk to lots of places close by, spoilt for choice, cafe and bar at hotel ground floor lovely. Rooms cleaned daily, spotless and quiet. We loved Chiang Mai thank you!

Good hotel and area, bad gym

We had a really good time at the hotel. The staff is very helpful and nice. The hotel is in a really cool area of the city. We felt safe walking around at night. The gym is bad. Only three machines and one of them, the treadmill, doesn’t work. The training bench was old and wobbly. There were only two sunbeds by the pool so we had to lay on the pool itself, but it worked.

This is a good property with great staff and a good location. The problem is the windows are very large and thin. The noise level in the room from motorbikes and tuk tuks was very high. We found it difficult to get sleep at any time of day or night. The duty manager offered us a quieter room, but given that we were already on the 7th floor, we did not see that this would help much. Its a flaw of the hotel building. We checked out 2 nights early due to the noise in the room. The hotel did not refund us.

The cleanliness and service is satisfactory and also walking distance to one nimman which we only discovered on our last day.... what I really didn't like is that the room is totally NOT soundproof, be prepared to be awoken by birds chirping and pecking at the glass window at early hours of the morning.

Very nice property. Excellent service from the staff. My room was spotlessly clean. I highly recommend getting the breakfast included option, excellent food. Make sure you get an omelette. I would stay with them again, no hesitation.
